Essay

The dissertation is devoted to optimization of the treatment of patients who suffer from arterial hypertension and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It was found out that in patients with arterial hypertension Obstructive Sleep Apnea increases arterial stiffness and worsens renal function and formates resistance to antihypertensive treatment. It was determined that combination of CPAP-therapy and antihypertensive treatment promotes an improvement of arterial elasticity indicants and achievement of the target levels of office blood pressure in patients with arterial hypertension and moderate to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
