Essay

The object of research is the process of seaports personnel motivation to effective employment and innovation. The aim is to provide theoretical-methodological and practical recommendations of the design and development of internal motivation mechanism of innovative activity of seaports staff. Methods: theoretical generalization and comparison; historical analysis; dialectical and structural-functional; statistical and economic; groups methods expert; scoring; analysis and synthesis, detailed and abstract comparative characteristics. The HR strategy of the sea port; scientific and methodical approach to the process of formation of organizational-economic mechanism of innovative activity of sea ports; motivation mechanism of innovative activity of the personnel; comprehensive evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of innovative activity of the personnel were improved. The conceptual framework "motivation"; the model of comprehensive personnel motivation to innovative activity; systematization of factors of macro environment, by allocating such groups: specific problems; courses of action; influencing the activities of a seaport; an institutional approach to management of innovative activity of personnel at different stages of the life cycle; model of comprehensive personnel motivation for value orientations. Application area: enterprises of transport industry received further development.
