Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the problem of model contract in civil law of Ukraine. According to the author, model contract - a special kind of legal act and the civil agreement, which is being established by the competent authority in some form, has an official character, defines the rights and duties of the subjects aimed at the establishment, modification or termination of civil and other relations, aims to harmonize interests and shall enter into force upon signature by the parties as a result of their will to accept certain conditions in it.
