Essay

The paper studied and analyzed the results of a comprehensive examination and surgical treatment of 181 patients about the critical ischemia on a background of distal forms of occlusive-stenotic lesions of obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities. Depending on the type of surgical treatment of patients divided into two groups: I group - 54 patients who underwent distal (below the knee) bypass surgery is associated with a rotary osteotrepanation tibia (ROT); group II - 62 patients who underwent profundoplasty simultaneously with a rotary osteotrepanation tibia (ROT). For comparison selected group III (control) with 65 patients who underwent distal bypass grafting (below the knee).
