Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the BNP (T-381C) gene polymorphism, the plasma levels of BNP and CNP, changes in the structural and functional state of the heart and systemic hemodynamics in men with EH, complicated by CHF stage II A. It was found that the inheritance of the genotype T381T of the BNP gene in men, 40-60 years is associated with a high probability of CHF stage II A on the background of EH, lower plasma levels of BNP, CNP, more negative structural and functional changes in myocardium.
