Essay

Object of research: public administration of specialists training of the service of civil protection. Objective: theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanisms of public administration of specialists training of the service of civil protection. Methods: observation and theoretical synthesis, comparison, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, system approach, structural-logical and descriptive analysis. Results: the theoretical bases and scientific and practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanisms of public administration of specialists training of the service of civil protection have been substantiated. Novelty: the structure of the complex mechanism of public administration of specialists training of the service of civil protection of Ukraine has been proposed and substantiated; the practical approaches to the implementation of the organizational mechanism of public administration of the specialists training of the service of civil protection has been improved; the substantiation of the stages of formation of the system of strategic public administration in the sphere of specialists training of the service of civil protection has been further developed, etc. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Department of Education and Science of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhia region, Department the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lugansk region and the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities.
