Kutsenko M. Mirror and Symbolic Transformation of Reality in Fiction of Mykola Khvylovy.

Object is the fiction of Mykola Khvylovy; purpose is the reading of Mykola Khvylovy's fiction as a symbolic mirror of the project, the defining of features of writer's reality of the text and basic means of artistic transformation of reality, the explanation of the psychological causes of these phenomena; methods are the structural psychoanalysis of Jacques Lacan, the classic psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud, the textual analysis of Roland Barthes, the comparative analysis; novelty - the Khvylovy's fiction as a sphere of transformation of reality through the mediation of the writer's imagination mechanisms and symbolic activity is considered at first, the main features of this transformation are traced on the level of texts' structure and individual words; the results can be used in teaching of the university course of the history of Ukrainian literature of the twentieth century, in the preparation of special courses and seminars, in writing dissertations and term papers; the branch (direction) is philology.
