The research is devoted to the development of organizational improvement methods of passengers' public transportation process on the basis of qualities criteria for passengers' services. Methodology of organization of carrying passengers is worked out on the routes of a municipal passenger transport system on the basis of qualities criteria, that allows to determine the scientifically reasonable amount of voyages for enroute work in relation to all day part ranges, working and not working days and seasons, at providing of the pre-arranged quality indexes of passengers' services.
