The dissertational research is dedicated to solving the logistics problem of the efficiency improvement of the 'delivery - realisation' process of seasonal perishable products by means of rational supply management and road transport scheme selection. Analytical and simulation models of the process are designed. Based on melons, techniques of determining the rational order quantity of perishable products in the case of non-stationary price and demand are developed.
