Puziy O. Diagnosis, surgical treatment and rehabilitation of reproductive function in benign diseases of the genitals in women.

The thesis is devoted to the diagnosis, surgical treatment and rehabilitation of reproductive function in patients with benign tumors of the ovaries. The dissertation established the clinical and hormonal peculiarities of benign ovarian diseases in patients of reproductive age. Genetic markers of thrombophilia studied in women at risk group for the prevention of thrombotic complications in the perioperative period. The state of ovarian reserve was assessing before and after surgery. Diagnostic informativeness of clinical and laboratory parameters in the evaluation of benign ovarian pathology was determined to improve the quality of preoperative verification of the diagnosis. The improved three-step model of treatment strategy in patients with different histological forms of benign ovarian pathology was aimed at restoration of reproductive health of women.
