Chabanenko S. Criminological Characteristic and Prevention of Crimes Connected with Activity of Non-budgetary Trust Funds

Based on methodology of contemporary studies in the field of Criminal Law and Criminology the dissertation conducts analysis of theoretical aspects of criminological characteristic of crimes connected with activity of non-budgetary trust funds, funds with definite quantitative and qualitative characteristics as well as analysis of investigative and judicial practice. The author pays particular attention to defining legislative regulation of the activity of such funds, discovery of deficiencies and propositions for enhancement of legislature. The work examines the issue of various approaches to understanding of crime prevention, reviews structural system of preventive measures, and proposes certain preventive measures.
