Samus G. Transformation of agrarian relations in terms of socio-economic conversion

This thesis focuses on research of theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of the transformation of agrarian relations in terms of socio-economic conversion. The author reveals the contents of transformation of agrarian relations on the bases of existing theoretical approaches. Elucidated the character of agrarian relations in the pre-reform period and proved the necessity of their market transformation. Justified the conceptual foundations, criteria and principles of market transformation of the agricultural sector. Determined formation practice of the market model of agrarian relations in Ukraine: strengthening market mechanism of land ownership and land use, the implementation of institutional reforms in the agricultural sector, the analysis of its economic and social efficiency, taking into account competitiveness and ability to provide the country with food security. Discovered the basic directions of deepening market transformation of agrarian relations. In this regard, justified the necessity of effective market forms of management in agriculture, further ways of material and technical modernization, the need to improve the mechanism of state regulation of agrarian relations in the economy of Ukraine.
