Object: compacting ready mix concrete vibrating machine surface action. Objective: development of theory and research-based technical solutions to create the vibration of the working body for compaction of concrete mixes, which allows to increase the efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the compacting process. Methods: using continuum mechanics, the classical theory of oscillations, methods of physical, mathematical and computer modeling. Equipment: a set of K-505, vibration measuring instrument VI6-6TN. Theoretical and practical results: the analytical dependences for determination of the basic parameters and laws of motion of vibration of the working body under vibration or vibro-impact modes of action that provide a highly efficient seal ready mix concrete of different consistencies due to the simultaneous application of torsional and circular oscillations with a variable amplitude-frequency characteristics; principles and methods of creating these vibrating working bodies. Novelty: disclosed patterns of interaction power vibration plate with concrete mixture and found patterns for determining the basic parameters of the vibration of the working bodies with vibration and vibro-impact effects. The subject and degree of implementation: the design documentation, methods of calculations and experimental sample self-propelled vibratory compacting machines concrete blocks. Implementation efficiency: increased productivity, reduced energy consumption, improved quality of products. Field of application: construction engineering, construction.
