Kondratska N. Local self-government in Ukraine: constitutional model of system-structural organization.

The thesis is devoted to developing a holistic concept of systematic and structural organization of local government in Ukraine at the current stage and perspectives of its further development within the reform of the territorial organization of power. The essence of systemic-structural approach as a methodological basis for the study of local government, identified the major features of local government as a social system. Characterize the basic concepts of local government in system-structural perspective, the basic model of the system and local government as a variety of system-structural organization of municipal authorities. It is shown the main stages of the evolution of system-structural organization of local government in Ukraine. The features of the modern system-structural organization of local government in Ukraine. The prospects of development of system-structural organization of local government in Ukraine in terms of constitutional reform. Formulated specific proposals for improving system- structural organization of local government in Ukraine.
