Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific and technical task is the development and improvement of methods and tools for the computer planning of neurosurgical interventions. Components of operational risk were analyzed in the dissertation. Method for surgical trajectory planning was developed. In the method was proposed scale of indices risk of damage to the anatomical and functional structures. Traumatism calculation of surgical trajectory is provided through the use of scale of indices risk and integrated functions of invasiveness. These values make it possible to determine the least traumatic trajectory. Method for visualization of basic intracerebral landmarks was further developed. Also, the method of neuronavigation has been improved by the fact that the coordinates of the surgery field are attached to the skull landmarks. The proposed method and tool of computer planning of neurosurgical interventions allow do more improved surgical operations on the human brain.
