Tarnavskyi R. Economic and legal stimulation of venture investment in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the study of the economic and legal stimulation of venture investment in Ukraine as an effective institution of financing of the development of innovations and their further commercialization by business entities in Ukraine. Thesis indicates the special role occupied by venture investment in the development of innovative sectors of the economy and national innovation system of the state, suggests the mechanisms of improving the current legal regulation of venture investment in Ukraine and steps to ensure effective economic law stimulation of the development of venture investment in Ukraine.
