Maslo D. Optimization of tactics of conducting pregnancy and labors at women after auxiliary genesial technologies.

Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at women after auxiliary genesial technologies on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, endocrinologic, biochemical, the dopplerometrical, cardiotokografical and morphological researches, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of various reasons of female sterility that demanded use of auxiliary genesial technologies in genesise of disturbances of functional condition of fetoplacental complex and the subsequent perinatal pathology is scientifically proved. It is shown that placental dysfunction after auxiliary genesial technologies has a difficult genesis - a combination of hypoxemic and hemodynamic disturbances against depression of hormonal and metabolic function of placenta. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women after auxiliary genesial technologies on depression of frequency of placental dysfunction, an abdominal delivery and perinatal losses.
