Essay

Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at women with anomalies of development of uterus on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, endocrinological, dopplerometrical, cardiotokografical and morphological researches, and also improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostic actions. The role of different types of anomalies of development of uterus in genesise of not incubation of pregnancy, an istmical-cervical failure, disturbances of functional condition of fetoplacental complex and the subsequent perinatal pathology is scientifically proved. It is shown that at women with anomalies of development of uterus the burdened obstetric anamnesis, high frequency of currettages of cavity of the uterus in the anamnesis which became complicated an endometritis in connection with the remains of the fetal egg, the changed anatomy of a uterus are the main reasons of placental dysfunction. It causes more expressed processes of migration of chorion which lead to disturbance of processes of implantation of blastocyste and formation of anomalies of development of placenta. Ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological and dysmetabolical disturbances at women with anomalies of development of uterus and their interrelation with development of not incubation of pregnancy, an istmical-cervical failure, placental dysfunction and the subsequent perinatal pathology are presented. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostic actions at women with various anomalies of development of uterus on depression of frequency of perinatal pathology.
