Essay

The thesis deals with the legal principles of the PRC law as a core element of modern and contemporary Chinese law and conceptual expression of their nature. Proves that the principles of law of China is closely related to moral and ethical ideas of Taoism, Confucianism, Legalism, political and ideological concepts of the Kuomingtang and Maoism. It is noted that Chinese law is extremely dynamic due to the Chinese "economic miracle", and has been filling with its own tradition.
