In the thesis, scientific research of concept and features of replacement of the parties in the civil liability is conducting. The special attention is padding to the determination of methods and basis of replacement of the parties in the liability, various criteria for their classification are allocating.In work, the feasibility of determination of such method of replacement of the parties in the liability as the transfer of the place of the liability is the reasoning. It is proving that transfer of the place in the agreement is a specific method of replacement of the parties in the liability, provides transfer of all set of the rights and obligations under the agreement of one of the parties in coordination with another party.
