Object - hepatic cysts and surrounding parenchyma; goal – to study the clinical and morphological features of treatment of liver cysts depending on the effect of various electrosurgical methods; methods – clinical, laboratory, pathomorphological, instrumental, statistical; results – the advantages of using argon plasma coagulation in the mode of minimally invasive use in the form of a de-crease in the frequency of early and late postoperative complications in patients with hepatic cysts; it has been demonstrated and justified that the use of argon plasma coagulation in cystic liver lesions is accompanied by a significantly lower destructive effect on liver tissue, allows achieving reliable hemostasis, and promotes maximum preservation of the functioning hepatic parenchyma; In the experimental study, the advantages of argon plasma coagulation as a method of hemostasis are proved in comparison with other methods (ultrasonic dissection, monopolar coagulation, suturing with absorbable suture material): the smallest depth of necrosis of the liver parenchyma, the absence of an adhesion process; branch – medicine.
