Essay

It has been analyzed the peculiarities of the system of technical regulation of the domestic cosmetic industry and has been determined the level of harmonization of the regulatory framework with European requirements on the basis of studying the of implementation of relevant technical regulations, has been described features of the methods of testing of cosmetics and perspectives for their development. It was revealed that the real hardness of the Lviv water supply system for achievement of normalized values of foam number (inherent cleaning effect) of shampoo must greatly increase its consumption, but efficiency, as a characteristic of product quality is not taken into account in the regulations. Theoretically and experimentally it’s substantiated the is possibility of improving of the component content of shampoos is zeolite-like as substances, which are able to offset the costs of surface-active substances on a chemical reaction with the ions of water hardness thus determined, the recommended maximum allowable content of this additive in products. It’s proposed the establishment of categories of quality of shampoos on the basis of the gradation of its washing effectiveness at certain ranges of water hardness for maintaining the efficiency while using. Experimentally determined the sequence of the experiment to determine the regularities of influence of antibiotics on the growth of microorganisms in shampoos is indicated. The method of determining the quantitative content of antibiotics in shampoos for using on the production in the organization of risk management according to the GMP principles based on which the Technique of measurement of the safety performance of shampoos is proposed.
