Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at female-carriers of virus infection (HSV and CMV) on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, immunological, microbiological and virologic features, and also development and deployment of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostic actions. New aspects of pathogenesis of development of placental dysfunction and perinatal pathology at female- carriers of virus infection on the basis of the established interrelations between ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological and immunological changes are shown. The technique of forecasting of the stood pregnancy in late terms at pregnant carriers of virus infection that that allows to estimate adequately risk degree is developed and introduced to develop the concrete plan of planning of the subsequent pregnancy. The role of pregravidare preparation, correction of the immunologic status and microbiocenosis of sexual ways to pregnancy time in prophylaxis of obstetric and perinatal complications at women who are carriers of HSV and CMV is scientifically proved. Efficiency of the main clinical and laboratory indicators in respect of forecasting of the stood pregnancy at these women is established. The new technique of forecasting of fetus losses on the basis of ball assessment of the main clinical and laboratory and functional indicators is developed and introduced. Practical references for depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at female- carriers of a virus infection on the basis of use of a technique of forecasting, pregravidare preparation and treatment-and-prophylactic actions are developed and introduced during pregnancy.
