Essay

The thesis conducted systematic research on solving scientific problems of economic efficiency of use of state agricultural land in Ukraine. Suggested the model of trust management of the land use of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, by creating a trust that will let state agricultural land for lease with the subsequent use of the obtained funds for agricultural research and education. Improved the methodical principles of the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land, which, unlike the existing ones, based on the use of mass data on net operating income in the rental market of agricultural land.
