Research work is devoted to solving actual scientific issue of modern obstetrics and gynecology - reducing the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women infected with Epstein-Barr virus and implementing science-based algorithm for prognostic and preventive measures. The conducted clinical and statistical analysis established the main risk factors for obstetric and perinatal complications, clinical, ultrasound, endocrinological and immunological parameters in pregnant women infected with the Epstein-Barr. It is proved that the course of pregnancy in women with viral Epstein-Barr infection is complicated by a violation of the formation and functioning of the fetoplacental complex. From a scientific point of view, first analyzes the changes in the concentration of antibodies IgG and IgM to EBV antigens in pregnant women. For the first time a mathematical calculation and identified 10 diagnostic features for predicting pregnancy. The algorithm health care sector and method of predicting the likelihood of obstetric complications in pregnant women with Epstein-Barr virus infection. The methods of control function and hormonal status placenta, immunological survey studied in pregnant women. Proposed therapeutic and preventive methods of prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with a viral infection, Epstein-Barr helped significantly reduce the incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications.
