Fietiesku S. Improvement diagnostics and prognosis endometrial hyperplasia in women of reproductive age.

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problem of improving the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial hyperplastic processes in women of reproductive age by assessing the immune response and proliferative potential. According to a retrospective study of the effectiveness of perioperative diagnosis in patients with hyperplastic processes endometrium is 90.6 %. Investigated the correlation relationship between the content of natural killer cells NK (CD56+) and estrogen levels, LH and apoptosis markers depending on the clinical form LEG. The evaluation of diagnostic value in determining subpopulations of dendritic cells and markers of apoptosis (bcl-2 and BAX) in patients with endometrial hyperplasia. Implementation of the developed diagnostic algorithm in practice has reduced the relative risk of recurrence by 0.17 LEG compared with retrospective stage (RRR=0.17 DI95 0,04-0,73 %), thus avoiding recurrence every sixth patient (NNT=5.89).
