Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific problem, namely, increased safety of pregnancy and effectiveness of providing airway during general anesthesia. Caesarean section by improving forecasting and tactics in difficult intubation. The paper analyzed 100 stories of labor. The thesis for the first time proved the effectiveness of ultrasonography to predict severe laryngeal tracheal intubation in pregnant women. Established prognostic factors of severe and failed tracheal intubation and ventilation by face mask pregnant before caesarean section. For the first time proved the effectiveness of videolaryngoscope Flaplight in pregnant women. The algorithm of actions anesthesiologist at "difficult airway" pregnant with anesthesia Caesarean section allowed to reduce the incidence of difficult intubation and failed intubations in pregnant women with 26.0% and 40.0% and 4.0% respectively (?2=42,24; р<0.001), and serious complications from 12% to 0% (?2=6,38; р=0.01).
