Essay

Peculiarities of the concept and the content of the constitutional right to medical assistance are investigated in the dissertation. The author reveals the content of the object of the constitutional right to medical assistance and proves the appropriateness of expanding the range of objects by including in their number euthanasia. It was determined that the final step in determine the feasibility of an active or passive euthanasia is a substantiated decision of the court.
