Essay

Object: MDS RANEB I and RAEB II. Objective: Establish criteria for predicting the progression of MDS and the effectiveness of therapy based on the definition of predicative expression intensity of CD34, CD33, CD117, Ki-67 and blood substrate cells bonemarow. Proved that the prognostic criteria lack of response to therapy and progression of MDS is the content of Ki-67-positive cells in the blood and bonemarow. Discriminatory significant prediction on MDS progression RAEB І іn RAEB II to cytotoxic therapy means interest is CD34 +, CD 34 + / 117 + cells> 14.6% and> 18.9% respectively, and CD33 + cells - <19.2%. Discriminates on forecasting significant transformation MDS RAEB II in АML to cytotoxic therapy drugs are interest CD34 + cells> 33.2% and CD34 + / 117 + cells> 46.5%, and CD33 + cells - <29.9%.
