Research object - technologies for forging round shaft forgings. Subject of investigation - regularities of plastic flow, development of stress-strain state, changes in energy and kinetic forging parameters, formation of microstructure and main quality indicators for various schemes and thermomechanical modes of forging cogging breaking-in in the upper flat and lower convex radius die of blanks from predominantly chrome-molybdenum steels. The aim of this work is improvement forging technological processes of long shafts round cross-section by universal combined dies on the basis of development, theoretical and experimental research new cogging schemes to ensure high quality standards And operational durability of finished products while reducing labor intensity, metal consumption and energy intensity of technologies.
