The object of the study is the technology of hot closed-die forging of complex profile plates by profiling the storage with asymmetrical upsetting of radius dies inserts. The subject of the study is the basic patterns of forming technological and energy-power elements of the deformation of cylindrical blanks, by asymmetric upsetting by radial stamping inserts in the processes of multitransition stamping of composite profiles on a crank hot-stamping press. The purpose of the study. Increase of technical and economic indicators, reduction of energy and power parameters of processes of multitransition hot closed-die forging of complex profile plates on crank presses with expansion of the nomenclature of stamped products due to the development of methods for preliminary profiling of workpieces with asymmetric upsetting by bulging radius die inserts.
