Essay

The historiography of formation and development of theoretical approaches to concretization of right have been analyzed. The concept, characteristics and main kinds concretization of law have been disclosed. Place concretization of law in categorical the unit of jurisprudence have been considered. The essence of law-making and law enforcement concretization have been characterized. The main types law making concretization, especially their implementation have been investigated. The value law making concretization to improve the accuracy and clarity of legal regulation of social relations have been defined.
