Mykhalova M. Improvement of methodological provision of land alienation for public purposes

The thesis summarizes current world tendencies of land alienation for public purposes. The terminology that is used to define public purposes is researched. The analysis of the legal and regulatory framework governing the land alienation of property was made, and was found the similarities and differences. The role of urban planning, land management, inventory and design documentation when adjusting the land alienation required for linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure is investigated. The factors influencing decision making on land alienation for linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure are investigated and structured. The method of public purposes providing with necessary land resources, which is based on the calculation of the overall efficiency of the construction of linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure is developed with using GIS technology.
