Mikhno P. Methodical basis of planning the rational use of disturbed lands

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of ensuring the rational use of technogenic waste disturbed lands. The analysis of the literature in the field of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands. It analyzes the effect of regulatory support use of disturbed lands. The concept of planning the rational use of disturbed lands involves a choice of rational uses of disturbed land after mining (purpose of restoration) and the type of reclaimed land on the basis of quantitative analysis of expert judgments using the analytic hierarchy process, expert survey, a priori ranking and fuzzy sets. It has been developed the appropriate methods, divided into two parts: common (invariant) and special. The suggestions for improving information support land reclamation for the needs of this methods havebeen formulated. The results of the work are implemented in the design practice of the Poltava Research and Design Institute of Land Management in the remediation of disturbed lands in the Poltava region.
