Object - violation of ovario-menstrual cycle (OMC) for the girls of pubescence age; goal – reduce the level of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) in girls puberty various somatotypes by examining the patterns of change dynamics sonographic parameters of female genital mutilation and sex hormone levels, depending on the features of their structure and size of the body and build a discriminant model to predict the OMC disorders in girls with different anthropological and somatic and typological features; methods – clinical, ultrasound, laboratory, anthropometric, somatotypological, statistics; results – the features of the level of sex hormones and sonographic uterine and ovarian parameters in different phases of the OMC girls puberty AUB depending on anthropological and somatic and typological features of organism; it proved that there is a clear link between the occurrence of AUB and constitutional peculiarities of girls' puberty; theoretically proved and clinically proven feasibility of spend-constitutional body of the measurement parameters of the girls of puberty age to AUB in order to build discriminant models to determine the propensity to AUB; built and implemented discriminant model that allows using anthropometric and somatotypological, hormonal and ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries indicators to predict the possibility of AUB for the subsequent development of individual treatment regimens; branch – medicine.
