Objective: Increase the efficiency of the treatment and prognosis of the D-DLBCL, LML. A significant influence of genotypes 1934 AA 1934 GA and the occurrens of the risk of toxic complications, and the presence of genotype 1934 GG - reduced this risk. It was found that the genotype 1934 GA increased risk of haematologic toxicity is almost four times, while the genotype 1934 GG - reduced the risk of hematological toksychnosti. On the analysis of gene-gene and gene-factor interactions built predictive model of risk of toxic complications.Medicine.
