Taran D. Forms of constitution protection on modern stage: comparative-legal aspect.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of constitution protection forms on modern stage in comparative legal aspect. In thesis substantiate the need of concrete practical proposals to amend current legislation, considering foreign experience in using particular forms of constitution protection. The list of constitution protection forms is substantiated. It includes constructive forms of protection (special procedure of Constitution amending and adoption, prohibition of contraction and misstatement of fundamental rights by law); blocking forms (President's veto, veto of Upper House of Parliament, people's veto, etc.); repressive forms (banning of political parties and other unions, loss of rights, lustration restrictions, constitutional responsibility, for example Presidential impeachment, dissolution of parliament, etc.); control-supervision forms (preceding and following constitutional control, constitutional supervision and official interpretation of constitution); extreme forms(right for insurrection (resistance/rebel), extreme legislation, emergency state and martial law).
