Denysov A. Economic and Legal Security of the State Technological Safety.

The thesis is an independent and complete scientific work, containing new theoretically reasoned results that collectively solve scientific challenges, which is to develop practical ways of economic enforcement of elimination of the main dysfunctions of the legal mechanism in the national technological security that ensures the implementation of public and private interests combining the legitimate interests of the state and entities of the innovation sphere. The thesis is dedicated to the study of the economic and legal support of the national technological security. The comprehensive characteristics the national technological security functioning of Ukraine were provided, and a range of pressing problems that accompany this process was highlighted. A number of major technological threats to the national security of Ukraine and the economic and legal means to protect national technological security of Ukraine were determined.
