The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the legislative regulation process of the private trade in the years of the new economic policy in Ukraine; revealed the essence and features of legal registration of legalization, realization and liquidation of private trade. The author analyzed the legislation that regulated the realization of trade activity; considered the basic factors that determined direction of public policy according to the private sphere of trade in the years of the new economic policy; identified the major decisions of party, government and congresses of councils, which influenced on the legislative settlement process of the private trade.
