Kmita O. Legality in the process of formation of the state of law in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of legality in a context of the theory of state of law, its parity with other basic principles of the state of law, and also its role and importance while practical realization in Ukraine of model of the state of law. The author gives a number of propositions concerning improvement of the certain legal acts and proves the importance of acceptance of some necessary laws, which would promote development of the legal base of realization of a principle of legality in Ukraine. The special attention in the dissertation is given to the research of system of guarantees of legality and order of law in process of formation of the state of law in Ukraine.
