Object - neolexemes in the prose and poetry of Dniepropetrovsk's authors. The purpose - fixed neolexemes in the poetic and prose works of Dnipropetrovsk's writers, establishing their features from the semantic, derivation, linguostylistics and pragmatics point of view. Methods - observation, analysis and synthesis, comparable, statistical, descriptive, component and linguostylistic analysis, contextual analysis. A comprehensive analysis is conducted from the semantic, derivation, linguostylistics and pragmatics point of view. The most representative theme groups of innovations are distinquished. The semantic-derivation features of neolexemes taking into account the structural-semantic relations between occasional word and its motivating foundation are analyzed. The stylistic devices to enforce of oссasіonal expression are explored. The paper identifies pragmatic potential of new formations, its influence on the creation and understanding of neolexemes meaning. Multifunctionality of occasional lexemes, their ability to solve the whole complex of aesthetic and artistic tasks, to organize a text and predict its perception by the reader is proved. The features of neolexemes, characteristic for the personal style of some authors, are distinquished.
