Essay

Clarify the problems of qualification of crimes, which is a sign of the modus operandi. The shortcomings of the law enforcement practice in terms of sentencing for crimes where the modus operandi is the sign of the corpus delicti or an aggravating circumstance have been considered. Proposed amendments to the articles of General and Special parts of the Criminal Code of Ukraine related to the modus operandi to improve the practice of their application.
