Essay

The groundlessness of setting criminal responsibility for illegal buying, selling and using special technical means of private getting of information as for the separate independent corpus delicti is proved. It is suggested to deny the concept of STMPGI because the criteria of its defining, as used as offered by the scientists, don't give the opportunity for clear drawing a boundary line between STMPGI and any other means of getting or fixing the information.
