Essay

The problem of formation of junior schoolchildren's artistic abilities on the lessons of musical art is actualized in this dissertation. The artistic abilities of junior schoolchildren are classified and the specific features inherent in each of their types are revealed. The criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the investigated phenomenon are defined. The holistic organizational and methodological model of formation of the junior schoolchildren's artistic abilities on the lessons of musical art is elaborated. The results of experimental verification of effectiveness of the elaborated methodology of purposeful formation of junior schoolchildren's artistic abilities on the lessons of musical art are shown.
