Sharavara L. Estimation and management of professional risks at ferrous metallurgy

The dissertation presents the solving of the actual problem of estimation and management of the professional risks in the steel industry to decrease the levels of the professional incidence and morbidity, which was caused by the manufacturing, among employees of the main and auxiliary departments. There was conducted the assessment of the extent of the causal relationship of the morbidity with the temporary disability with the working conditions of the employees of the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy.The proportion of the diseases, which were caused by the influence of the harmful factors of the working environment, among the employees of the main and auxiliary departments is larger, comparing with the general population, that confirms the decisive influence of the working environment on the health of the employees, who works in the harmful conditions.According to the obtained data, there was suggested a comprehensive program of the estimation and management of the professional risks in the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy.
