Essay

Object of study - psoriasis. The aim of study - to optimize the treatment of psoriasis by developing the comprehensive treatment based on the study of clinical features and state regulators of homeostasis of male and female patients. Methods: clinical, general laboratory, electrophysiological, physiological, biochemical, immunological and statistics. The thesis is devoted to elaboration of complex differentiated treatment for psoriasis depending on the sex of patients based on investigation of clinical manifestations and course of dermatosis, psychoemotional disorders, changes in the autonomic nervous system, immune status and hormonal changes. The peculiarities of pathogenic changes of homeostasis (clinical, subjective, objective, functional and laboratory parameters), which depend on the course of disease were fixed, changes during the treatment were analyzed. Scientifically based treatment methods for male and female with psoriasis were worked out; they included use of psychotropic, immunomodulating and antibacterial medications. The efficacy of treatment was confirmed by shortening of the therapeutic course, relapse reduction, correction of changes in regulative systems of homeostasis. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of Municipal Institution "Zaporizhzhia Regional Dermatovenerological Clinical Dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Municipal Institution "Odessa Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary", Municipal Institution "Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary" (Dnipro city), Municipal Institution "Rivne Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary" and in the educational process of the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of State Establishment "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Health Ministry of Ukraine", Department of Dermatology, Venereology and AIDS of Kharkiv National Medical University, Department of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology with the Course of Dermatovenerology and Aesthetic Medicine of Postgraduate education faculty of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of State Higher Education Institution "Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University".
