Pleshakova N. Financial stability in ensuring financial security of Ukraine

The thesis explores theoretical foundations for improving financial stability, studies indicators for assessing and controlling financial stability in Ukraine to ensure the financial security of the state, which is under the influence of globalization processes and structural changes in the national economy. The study presents a comprehensive analysis of the alterations and problems of financial stability in Ukraine. The research shows that the main macroeconomic risks that threaten stability of the financial system of Ukraine are the budget deficit and increasing debt burden. The thesis generalizes international expertise on financial stability and explores the possibility of implementing the factual knowledge in view of domestic economic realities. Some recommendations are put forward regarding priorities of the government policy to ensure financial security in terms of stabilizing the economy of Ukraine.
