Pentsova N. Organizational and economic regulation of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine

Object: the processes of organizational and economic regulation of postgraduate education in Ukraine. Purpose: to study the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations to improve the organizational and economic regulation of postgraduate education in Ukraine. Methods: monographic, abstract and logical, historical retrospective, analysis and synthesis, settlement and constructive, statistical, expert assessments, graphic. It is offered: first: develop the multivariate models of assessing the competitiveness of institutions of postgraduate education in conditions of incomplete information about the market of educational services of Ukraine, that based on the systematization of competitive factors and assessing the effectiveness of the use of their resources, and allowed to determine the competitiveness ranking of institutions of postgraduate education and provided an opportunity to prove recommendations for improving existing mechanisms of legal regulation of postgraduate education in Ukraine; it is improved: a theoretical approach to the management of organizational and economic development of postgraduate education; methodical approach to organizational and economic regulation of postgraduate education in market conditions; categorical and terminology by interpretation of the concepts of "educational services in Postgraduate Education" and "Effectiveness of Postgraduate Education"; gathered subsequent development: methodical approach to the regulation of the marketing of postgraduate education; conceptual approach to the regulation of postgraduate education.Sphere of the use: government departments.
