The dissertation is devoted to studying the effect of lipopolysaccharides of bacteria of the genus Shigella (S. flexneri 1a, 1b; S. sonnei) on the secretory activity, metabolic status and apoptosis of T lymphocytes of human blood in vitro. The degree of influence of lipopolysaccharides depends on their concentration and duration of action, and does not depend on the species and antigenic facilities.
