Нartman M. Genesis of Jewish legal system.

The thesis is devoted to a complex research of the unique phenomenon of legal reality, the Jewish legal system, which refers to a type of religious legal systems. The author shows the scope of historical formation and understanding of the Jewish legal system for the first time at a scientific level. Based on the analysis of historical periods, historical-legal and theoretical regularities of the process of formation, development and functioning of the Jewish legal system have been disclosed. The paper also highlights the main features of the Jewish legal system, which are essential for its stability and integrity. Based on the results of a comprehensive study, the structure of the Jewish legal system has been shown through the analysis of three main components, namely regulatory, institutional and ideological.
